"I started training with Debra in May 2014 at the suggestion of my husband as a way to increase my muscle tone and improve health. As I tried weight training numerous times in the past but never succeeded and always ended up injured, I was very skeptical that it would work. Much to my surprise, my preconceptions turned out to be very wrong. Debra is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. As a result, I saw almost immediate improvement which motivated me to stick with the training and improve my diet. By the 2 month mark, my percent body fat declined to a more normal range and my weight dropped. My blood pressure and blood sugar levels also moved from borderline problematic back to clearly normal levels. I recently completed a 5K posting my best time ever. Though the workouts are challenging, I have not been injured in any way from training. And the added strength has been a critical in allowing me to lift and play with my 2-year-old and 8-month-old grandsons. The bottom line is this, if you want to feel younger, train with Debra.
