Believe me when I tell you most sincerely, "I know". There is never enough time, family will complain about what you make, and there will always be some type of holiday or special event that will be there to sabotage your efforts.  That is why planning is so important.  As women, for the most part, we run the home. It is on our shoulders to to make sure things run smoothly and everyone is taken care of. Fortunately, we are amazing multitaskers.
